Welcome to 4th JSF 2024 (Theme: Complications in Surgery) Abstract Submission. The Abstracts must be sent using the “Abstract Submission System“. Please use the form below to submit your Abstract for the JSF 2024. Abstracts sent directly by e-mail will not be accepted.

Abstract Delivery Notification

Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you will not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. In case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: jsf2024delegate@gmail.com

Abstract Acceptance Notification

Authors will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of their Abstract by e-mail within approximately 30 days from the entry of the abstract into the system.

All abstracts will be accepted for poster presentation.
Few good abstracts will be selected for oral podium presentation. We are trying to arrange bursaries for students submitting good abstracts.

Please use Times New Roman 12, line spacing 1.5, margins 2.5 cm, maximum 250 words (for Abstract including Introduction/Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion)

All video submissions will be accepted for presentation.
All videos will be continuously played in a special gallery.
Selected videos will be shown in moderated video sessions.

Accommodation and Facilities

To facilitate the delegates, accommodation can be arranged by the JSF Travel & Accommodation team subject to availability of rooms in respective hotels on direct payment basis only.

Budget 1,000-2,000 per person per night + GST on twin sharing basis

Single accommodation minimum charges would be Rs. 2,000 per room per day

Hotel rates can change at the time of booking as per the respective hotel policy due to the busy wedding & tourist season.
